Welcome! I look forward to creating a relationship that assists you in reaching your goals, whatever that may be. On a business note, I want you to know my policies and procedures.

I only take 2-4 clients at a time, so please read all the information below so our partnership can be productive and useful.

Terms of 1:1 Coaching:

Think of coaching as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time, but refining and sustaining the changes takes several sessions. Often, one step forward can feel like two steps back.

Personal growth is an investment, a journey, and incredibly transformative.

ELIXR requires a minimum of 8 sessions to be contracted for new clients.

You or your organization will pay this in full before our first session.

Fees: Our agreed upon package and rate will be detailed via email.

An invoice will be sent upon receipt of this contract.

Session Notes:

During Zoom sessions, you will join via the link provided in the calendar invite sent upon booking. We have up to 60 minutes available for your scheduled appointments. Sometimes, you will be better served by a shorter Zoom session, and sometimes, we will take the full amount of time. It is about the value of the session to you, not the length of time. Often, we will discuss work to be done outside of our sessions; this is solely up to the client's wishes.

If we’ve discussed async support - the price and details will be reflected in our email.

Policies:

Changes If you need to reschedule our time, let me know the day before if possible. Unless there is an emergency, if you have not given me reasonable notice, and do not show/call in for your appointment, we will not make up that session. If I ever say or do anything that upsets you or doesn't feel right, please tell me about it during the check-in at the end of our session or email me at Jess@ELIXRCoaching.com
